This is a simple and easy elsa topper than anyone can make. No cake decorating experience required. You can make it out of paper or you can make it out of edible images for a completely edible topper. You can print it out and leave it as is or add an edible gelatin cape using the gelatin recipe. Either way, this is a no-brainer topper that will look great on any cake, especially those last minute orders!
