Over the next few weeks leading up to the book’s release, I’ll be doing a TON of giveaways, sneak peaks, contests and other fun stuff in honor of the book that almost killed me to produce (ok not literally but it was the most work I have ever put into anything in my whole life, including the birth of my first born!)

I am so extremely proud of the content in this book! I wanted to move away from the typical “project based decorating book” and really focus on giving you, the reader, skills that can be applied to many different types of cake projects.

The most requested chapter in my book is all about structure! How to create different types, what materials to use, when and how to use them and lot’s of tips along the way to help you trouble-shoot.

How to choose colors, how to plan out a balanced, cohesive and beautiful design of your own. No more staring at a blank page wondering, where do I even start! This chapter gives you the tools and the know-how to start creating your own amazing designs or how to trouble-shoot a design that isn’t working out.
