It’s a fact. I don’t get enough requests for awesome groom’s cakes and it just needs to end here! I LOVE doing groom’s cakes! They are always really fun and in my eyes, nothing says “I’m totally stoked about marrying you and love you so much” more than CAKE!

Tell me that dress isn’t just to DIE FOR! SOOO beautiful with all that ruffle and detail. Romantic to the max.

The bride surprised her groom with this cake and he was totally blown away! He is in a band and obviously loves his Gretsch guitar. How wonderful is the bride to do this for her lucky new hubby? I was lucky enough to see his reaction when I delivered it.

I really had a lot of fun doing all the details on this cake. Especially the strings and neck. I finished the whole cake off with a nice coat of silver sparkle to give it that extra rock star shine!

Sometimes the wedding cake and the groom’s cake can clash visually but I would say this is the most seamless cake/grooms cake/wedding theme I have ever seen! The guitar cake looked totally at home next to this flapper inspired cake that I also designed for the couple.

This wedding had it all! There were even goldfish on the table as center pieces! So creative!

I really appreciate opportunities to create really creative specialty cakes and this is definitely one that I will not forget!
