I was recently commissioned to design some cupcakes for a brown and green wedding theme. I was really inspired and came up with these cupcake couture designs. I am especially fond of the green butterfly. The client ended up going with less couture and a more natural look since the wedding will be held in a quaint old barn with an “Oregon” theme (will post photos later!)

I really like the look of the paper wrap on the cupcake. Its like they are wearing little petticoats! I have seen specialty cupcake wrappers before but they can be pretty spendy and frankly, look a bit generic. I’m much more pleased with the custom job if I do say so myself!

The flavors where mint chocolate, strawberry chiffon, chocolate mousse, chocolate bavarian, chocolate raspberry and chocolate buttercream.
