Hey everyone! I’m finally taking the leap across the pond and coming to Dublin, Ireland for Cake Crusade! Say whaaaat??? Yes you heard right! I’m going to get my Irish on and I’m bringing a fun class while I’m there! I’ve teamed up with the AMAZINGLY talented Ivone Kartidinata of Sugar Penguin Cakery to bring you this lovely cake class inspired by the Ladies of Art Nouveau.

In this two-day class, students will learn how to make gorgeous sugar blooms with the help of master sugar artist, Ivone Kartidinata. They will create lush stylized lilies, filler flowers, leaves and berries that will be woven into a gorgeous sugar crown to adorn our ladies head.

On day two, students will sculpt their cake! Students will learn about anatomy, coloring, realistic details and airbrushing! All supplies and materials will be provided to students.
