Hi Liz love your work and recently decided to do novelty cakes and find your tutorials the ones I can watch that is very helpful. however I live in Australia and for some reason I can not purchase your tutorials I thought once I pay for them I would be able to watch them on line. the message says “Sorry, we do not ship to this location” are your tutorials printed on dvd?
    Any advice?

Hi Liz! I can’t wait to get started on this tutorial! They look so adorable! My question is do I need to use modelling choc or can I just use solely fondant to cover the cuties? Malaysia is rather hot and humid, so I’m not sure if MC can last in my weather as not all cakes are in at aircond environment in most of my clients’ party venue.

I prefer the mix because it is stiffer and allows for more detail. You should give it a try and see how it holds up :)
