C25K Update


Soooooooooooo It happened again. I got lazy and skipped a couple days and had to start alllll over on my C25K plan. I gotta admit, I’m not too shocked. I do hate exercise after all…

So I just restarted on Sunday and the run was hard. Harder than the first day I think. This must be my punishment. Luckily my friend Steph had also slacked and had to restart with me haha. So we can both feel like failures together. So we are both starting back up and hopefully this time I can stick with it

    Good luck! I’ve found that I tend to exercise more when I do something I enjoy somewhere nice, so I usually ride my bike.
